A service business grows when the right people can quickly understand what it does, believe it can help, and see an easy next step. A 90-day plan is useful because it creates momentum without turning marketing into a list of disconnected tasks.
Days 1–30: make the offer clear
Start with the foundation. Write down the specific problem you solve, the people you solve it for, the location you serve, and what makes your approach different. If the answer sounds like it could describe every competitor, keep refining it.
Build the essential pages
- Homepage with a clear promise and one primary call to action.
- Service pages that explain the outcome, process, and who the service is for.
- About page that gives the business a human point of view.
- Contact page with email, phone, location or service area, and expected response time.
Use the same business name, phone number, email, and service-area language everywhere. Consistency helps people and search engines understand who you are.
Days 31–60: become easier to find
Choose a small group of search topics that match your actual offer. For a web studio, that might include website design for small businesses, landing pages for local services, or how much a business website should include. Write one useful page for each important service and answer the questions you hear most often.
Build local visibility
Claim and verify your Google Business Profile if you serve a local area. Add accurate categories, opening information, service areas, photos, and a short description written for customers. Ask satisfied clients for honest reviews, but never manufacture testimonials.
Days 61–90: measure and improve
Review which pages are receiving impressions, which pages people actually read, and where visitors leave. Search Console can show queries and pages that appear in Google; simple analytics can show what visitors do after they arrive.
Improve one page at a time. Make the introduction clearer, strengthen the call to action, add an example, or link to a related guide. Sustainable marketing is usually a series of small improvements, not one dramatic launch.
